While Q had used the phrase “Nothing Can Stop What is Coming” many times before, this was the one time Q put the first letter of each word in “kill brackets”, and gave us the abbreviation NCSWIC to investigate. We would learn that NCSWIC stands for National Council of Statewide Interoperability Coordinators, whose mission: "promotes and implements strategies for achieving effective public safety communications by developing professional partnerships and c

ollaborating with public safety agencies and policy makers.” Could it have something to do with the big disclosure we’ve been awaiting, and the use of the Emergency Broadcast System? We’ll see. The chess board is an allusion to Q+’s alleged mastery of "3D chess", and Julian Assange’s exciting and cryptic tweet on January 12, 2018 in which he posted a screen capture of a very famous chess match played between Frank Marshall and Jose Raul Casablanca in 1918. On the board Marshall is about to move his bishop to D5. The following day Q posted simply: CHECKMATE. We think the message Assange and Q were alluding to is that the good guys have won, but the bad guys have a lot of moves left to try and get the good guys to make a mistake. The black hats can still take quite a bit of material off the board (i.e. wreak a ton of havoc) before they are finally vanquished. But essentially the game is over and the good guys win. We love the sentiment.
