Quantum Silver is an idea hatched by Kurt as a way to honor, celebrate and record for posterity Q and the digital soldiers of the Great Awakening. His prior experience and training is in the field of media and communications, and he spent a good chunk of his working life at a free market think tank in the DC swamp. Kurt is a seeker, thinker and drummer who wants to manifest enlightenment, honesty and freedom in the world.

Joy's backround is in art. Following receiving a Master of Fine Arts degree from Kent State University, Joy settled in southern New Mexico, working as a museum preparator and curator for 20 years. She is currently a freelance artist/designer, writer, and editor, and continues her work in arenas of service including the arts, animal advocacy, and the New Mexico Freedoms Alliance.
Our Story
A tale of long lost siblings. Christmas of 2014. Maria was nearing the end of a long battle with complications due to stroke, and was saying unusual things. She had something important she wanted to get off her chest, but just couldn’t get the words out. With much determination, Kurt dragged it out of his mom. She and Kurt’s father, Robert, had put their first child up for adoption. Kurt had a sister. Her name was Joy. Turns out she had been searching for her family her whole life, trying to find answers. She even hired a private investigator in the 90’s. She found them. But for her biological parents it was all too much — they were not up for seeing her in person. Devastating. Joy would have to wait another 15 years.
It took three months for Kurt to process the gravity of the news, and then, he made the phone call. That first conversation lasted three hours. Turns out his new sister and he had several things non-biological in common: a love for the esoteric, uncommon knowledge, conspiracies. A brother-sister bond was created after 45 years apart. And with mom on her death bed an invitation was placed — Joy would finally get to meet the family she never knew. That was the summer of 2016. Kurt and Joy’s friendship has grown ever since. Then, in October of 2017...Q came along.
Q is the story of the return of the earth to the people, the fall of an evil empire, the GREATEST STORY EVER TOLD...and/or one big cruel psyop (but we don't really think it's the latter). Joy and Kurt simply wanted to contribute to the story in some small way, by creating beautiful, meaningful momentos of the journey. We wanted to document the story of Q. And what better way than by making gorgeous art out of the people’s money...SILVER.
Quantum Silver is starting out as a Q journey, but we have plans for so much more. We want to uplift and inspire and create meaningful conversations. We want any holder of our rounds to smile, think deeply, and simply feel good when they look at, read and hear our work. We hope our silver will be passed down from generation to generation, with love and remembrance of a time of great challenge and change, as the world moved from darkness to light. As the world moved out of bondage and into the great golden, err, SILVER AGE!
